Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are limiting our shipping days to twice a week.

Once shipped, orders it can take up to 5 - 10 business days to arrive depending on the method you choose.  During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take 10-15 business days.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this adjustment. 

What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We are not offering expedited or overnight shipping at this time. 

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. If for some reason, you have not received an email with your tracking information, please check your spam or other filtered folders. Not there? Email us at hi@wearemaud.com.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items you ordered and your location. USPS upgrades items that weigh more than 13oz. There are times when we offer free shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to get alerts when we do!  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that shipping may take longer than described above. 

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing system. Rest assured that we do not store your credit card information. You also have the option to make your purchase using Paypal, Shopify and Afterpay.  

Returns

We are truly grateful that you decided to shop our small business. Our goal is to offer products that will be treasured for a long time. We understand that sometimes things don't work out. For that reason, we have a seven day return policy from the day of arrival to you. Simply ship the unworn, unopened, unused item back to us and we will issue a refund once it hits our warehouse.

If for some reason an item is damaged, please alert us immediately and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
